Bank RBK Recognised Among the Best at International EMBRAS 2026 Awards

Bank RBK has been named a winner at the ninth international Employer Brand Award (EMBRAS 2026), receiving an award in the «Culture of Success: Internal Cultural Code» category. The judges recognised the bank’s approach to building a corporate culture that brings employees together through shared values and helps teams achieve common goals.

EMBRAS is an international professional platform dedicated to employer branding, bringing together companies, HR experts, and specialists in talent management and corporate communications. In 2026, the awards attracted 80 entries from five countries across Central Asia, the CIS and Europe. The projects were evaluated by an international jury of 29 experts representing 25 countries.

For Bank RBK, corporate culture goes beyond a set of principles and traditions. It is reflected in how employees work every day: taking responsibility, supporting colleagues, coming up with new solutions and working together to overcome challenges. These everyday actions help create an environment where people can realise their potential and feel part of something bigger.

Notably, EMBRAS organisers expanded three award categories in 2026, including the «Culture of Success» category. The move reflects broader changes in the HR industry, where corporate culture is increasingly viewed as closely connected to leadership, employee engagement and long-term business performance.
